I know that Indexing System is the best method for GUI ... but the simple way to make an MUI is Custom Values ... so i'm just wondering how many times i can use Custom Values in a spell trigger ?...

hashtables are quite easy
similar to unlimited custom values for every unit per hashtable
they are not thaat bad http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/trigger-gui-editor-tutorials-279/hashtables-mui-133407/
it's very rare that the way you store your data has a noticable impact on performance
most of the time it's because you are spamming something like effects or units
You can use a GUI unit indexer for excellence. It will generate a number 1-8190 for each unit on the map, meaning you just use Custom Value the whole time (never set it yourself however). Any resource that sets the custom value of a unit without being a unit indexer will be rejected from the spells section.
