Qiraji style interface skin

I worked on an interface but it didn't came out good.

I was looking at pics from WoW to take the look of Ahn'Qiraj. Like these buildings and decorations:

Someone has an idea how could I make it look good? To name it: the top of the main console where I've put mostly tentacles. At least to make it look dark and egyptian at the same time.

The upper image is not working, it is missing a correct path and extension.

fix the time dialog, it creates some black part which overrides the menus in the right and left of the time dialog
