Can anybody please make me a qiraji hero model? i'd love if i'd be an intelligence hero type. it could look close to the photo below.

Neither is the one you showed a picture of... That's an early concept of the nerubian vizier. -Grendel's model is as close as you get to that picture, as it was in fact inspired by it.
