I added the hook i created .. the caster will be disabled for .33 seconds when casting hook and a hooked unit will only be drag on the position where the caster cast the hook ..

That's why you have to add European friends. I too, have problems with those types of things, but I have some friends who go to Europe rooms. Just trace friends who are in Europe rooms to be able to go in them. Sorry for inactivity, I lost a bit of interest in doing map stuff for a while.
