Psi Blades Help

I need help re-making the psi blades skill of templar assassin. Please help I don't know how. I am currently using the attack type "missile line" but their is a delay before the units behind the target receive the damage. I just need a trigger to make the damage instant instead of buffering. Thanks ;)

You could use a Damage Event or Damage Engine. Detect when damage is dealt, check if the (Damage source) has the Psi Blades ability, and proceed to do the math to determine what's "behind" the (Damage target). Add those units to a Unit Group, loop through them using the Pick Every Unit action, and cause the initial (Damage source) to damage them.

This is a nice system for easily getting the correct targets for your Unit Group:
You could create one of these line segments starting from the origin of the (Damage target) and send it in a backwards direction over X distance. It will return you a Unit Group of all units found inside of the rectangle, which you can then filter in your Pick Every Unit action.

There may be a better way that's already built into Warcraft 3, I don't exactly know how DotA 1 managed it.
