a. What does 'Everyone', below 'Registered Users' mean? Unregistered users cannot view profiles anyways.

b. You can still send a friend request to a user even when their Friend List is hidden, is this a good thing? There might be people who don't want to add friends.

Ignoring friend requests of people you dont like is always better than rejecting them. At first they think you just didnt log in for a while and after some days they forgot about the request. If you reject it they go "blabla please accept my blabla" and get really annoying.

I should probably have done that several times by now... But to be honest, I hate the little bold-text 'reminder' that I have something "incomplete" or "unaddressed". Is there a way to get rid of that?

You can select the friend request and reject it.

Normally I just wait a while before rejecting no specific reason really.
