the creator of the model have vanished from the online community so i cant ask the original creator. i tried everything i could think of to get the model to work in the editor. this problem is world editor related because the model works in the model editor.

Try restarting WE when you import the model.
OR
It uses custom textures, try importing them and check if it doesnt work again
If neither of these two works, then maybe there is a problem with the model...

Good Luck.

Why it is just 'obelisk.blp' is because of when you import a texture to your modeleditor (Magos at least), the source name of your texture will be 'obelisk.blp' that you'll be using for you model. And when you import your model with this new skin, the model will search after the 'obelisk.blp'.

Edit: 100th post, FYEAAAAAAH!
