[General] Portraits are Black

I have a friend, who is making a map but something really odd happened.

His portraits of every unit, even standard wc3 has disappeared. Also when you click on the portrait of a unit, your camera doesn't move the the location of the unit.

Does anyone has a clue what might be the cause of this?
Note he did use WEU/Newgen to create the map.

Did he import the Portrait file properly?

maybe a problem with the installation... try reinstalling...

No no no... this happens to some maps sometimes... I don't know why myself... anyways that's not game problem, that's more related to the map...

yeah, sometimes maps have weird things... sometimes I have maps where any trigger or script won't run...

and sadly when it happens, all you can do is to restart on a new map, probably import trigger and object data... not sure if Save-As works though...

that has also happened to one of my map and got corrupted the more I edited but before it got so corrupted it cauldn't be opened the hero leveling system was EPICALLY RIGED and then had to move to a new project The map apparent sucked but not the way I thought about it anyway . Just remember try not to import things from random maps.. lol.Probably wasn't even that but oh well.
