While attempting to use WC3 Model Editor to create portraits for several incomplete models I'm incorporating, I came up against this weird problem.

IN-GAME

MOST OF THE TIME - when I click on the units that I have created cameras for in the editor, it shows a black space, nothing else.

HOWEVER - If I click first on an imported model with a proper portrait, and click straight from there to the model in question, the model screen appears.

Figure that one out. Or, if anyone has a link to a tutorial on creating your own portrait files...

Okay, first, you got the wrong section, this question should be on modelling and animation section
Second, the portrait 'must' have same path as the model has but with '_portrait'
Eg:
The model.mdx
The model_portrait.mdx
If it still don't work, vm me
