Well while the son inheriting the land is most typical situation it hardly must be the only way. Maybe he lacks the sons, or property goes to oldest member of the family or since he was templar he gave all his belongings to the Templar Order to do as they wish.

Yea I don't like sons. It is most likely given to the Order but doesn't change the fact that it is somehow going to be "taken".

Andorias was in charge of Falmir Elite Force, not the Templar Order. Which reminds me Al must remove Falmir Elite Force from Rules and Lore.
