Yup, we've tryid it many times. My elbow is still bith aching because my friend is way too strong opponent ( He is 15years old like me and he weights 85kg and he is 185cm tall. His records: 100kg benchpress 2reps, 25kg dumbells 10reps per hand, shoulderpress 65kg 6reps, pulldown 100kg 8reps, dips own weight + 20kg 6reps. He is strongest guy of our school)

Meh, it's more about technique than strength - though it does come in handy.

Ooops, I didn't remember to say what exercises he does with those dumbells. So he uses those 25kg dumbells to do bicep curls.

I'm most sorry that there is no photos from him in internet and I can't upload any pics because he wont let me take any. But yes he is huge guy but all muscles he has is normal, real muscle not steroid muscles. He uses only creatine and he started using it 2months ago, he doesn't use anything else. We started to visit gym 9months ago. No one knows why he is so damn strong, maybe he just has good genes or something, and he doesn't spend his days on computer


And it's smart enough to start exercsing at this age I'm not going to get any taller than what I am (I'm about 175cm tall and I weight 78.9kg.) and gotta take care of muscles because I don't have any other sports hobby and I spend my days pretty much on computer so it's good for me. My records are 65kg bench press, shoulder presses with 45kg 8reps, pull down 70kg 5reps, bicep curls 17kg 8reps per hand.

whos says im overreacting? ...weird..here is ZA people 15 are quite small... at 17 im average...people here who are 15 are 162cm (and weight 58 - 64kg max) around there some get taller but barely. Most of my friends who are 17 and 18 are still 65 - 72 KG for someone my age i am seen as heavy(reason is Heavy bone weave "Gene")

Maybe it differ where you live at 15,16,17 and 18 South Africans still grow quite a bit, when you train before you've completely grown you actually damaging your growth rate, Maybe thats just South Africans.
One friend of mine started at 15 and he's still 160 cm cause he started to young.

My Father goes overseas quite allot and ive heard stories when i was 15 kids overseas my age are allot taller... Maybe its the Climate?

what is ZA may i ask? south africa? Ya... south africans what i've seen are EXTREMELY short. in slovakia I am a bit under average for 16-17 and im 180 cm and weigh 73kg.
my friend he is 15 is 205 cm tall.

Mostly ZA's grow till we around 17 - 21....dude grow till we 21 and women 18, but most ZA's are around 178 cm to 188 average, some guys get up to 200 cm sometimes

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of that decision, but I have to agree that it does look like I got more hair now. Just incredibly much shorter, and with my hair-growing speed it'll take two or three years to grow it back.

In what way different? Just saying that the picture is not representative of my nature, apart from long hair indicating I'm either a hippie or a metalhead - I am the latter. It just shows how I look when I try to smile for the CV to look nice.
