Phodom start exploding and dealing AOE damage when using combat kings

Whenever i play as phodom and use the combat kings, phodom start to fly and explode dealing damage to self and then slam down dealing AOE damage.
Also the combat king did not consumed after doing this. it's like the combat king become a spell.
It also happen when using the glyph of ability.
Fradz and Galeoth didn't have the same problem, they work just fine, only Phodom.

I played this at WC 3 ver. 1.31
After i played on 1.26 it works really fine no more problem. i guess it's the game version problem
