Paying Model Makers to make 60+ Models

I'm working on a project that involves a lot of heros that look like famous rappers and musicians. I need at least 50 models of heros, and about 20 models of doodads. Paying 5$ for each model. I will send the payments first. But one payment at a time. First payment I do first but I will not send the next payment until received the first model payed for.

To everybody else. If money is involved, keep your guards up. I would require the guy to have some sort of well known online presence in order to believe the offer.

Not only that but 5$ per model is a terrible pay. A single low poly model made from scratch with full custom animations and textures can take from 10 to 20 hours of work depending on details. let's say the avarage is 15 hours*(9$ an hour) 145$ approx per model.

Most people that make models here make them for love of what they are doing. The only way to get good modelers is convincing them that your project is worth it.
