I'll do it. Though I'll require the payment in advance, 1 year working time and $100 monthly extra.

You will need to specify what model format you are using.

I am willing to pay in advance under one condition, I pay in advance for each model. Another words about 10$ per model at a time. I will not pay for the monthly extra. It shouldn't take more than a few months to make the models if you work hard on it.

People cannot make models for you unless you tell them what format your game uses for the models.

I would also recommend you the use of milestones for payment. This gives both parties a compromised protection in case either party fails to abide to the agreement.
