[Spell] PauseUnit() replacement

I'm not sure if I would say that PauseUnit() is buggy, it just has the (unexpected?) effect of pausing everything about the unit, including buffs. I believe this is what Blizzard intended, to completely freeze the unit and its state.

I believe every alternative to PauseUnit() has some side effect that's worse than pausing buffs. For example, if you use Stun and then another unit stuns that unit right after, buff will be overwritten. Not to mention that you can dispel Stun in ways that should not unpause a paused unit. And it doesn't hide the command card either (minor).
