[Spell] Pause while using spell

Can someone help me make a right trigger to use Pause system like what others make on Anime arena maps?
BTW, those other tutorials on youtube using "Waits" stinks (like making Nova ones)!

pausing units as a part of spell is not really good, as it stops also the duration of all buffs and debuffs for as long as the unit is paused.

You could use Channel base ability that can pause unit without trigger.
