This jagged coastline offers a great location for an overwatch and a camp. But adventurers must beware, as the hills of this uncharted island also serve as a shelter for those who run from the law.

This is the basis of a Deadwind Pass melee map I am working on; however, it turned out to be different enough from what the other map is becoming, so I decided to upload it.

The terrain tiles were created by me and can be used and modified as long as you credit me. For the rest of the stuff, look at the credits.

It is a long time ago I saw a map using too much tile variation.
You could give the tile variation some order and purpose, dependent on the area style, for example.
At the moment they are rather random and unpleasent.

The imports are interesting, but you should definitely reduce the file size.
You don't need this quality for wc3, do you ?
I recommend to use the BLP Lab from the Tools section to greatly reduce the file size.
The quality and size changes should have near no impact on the look.

You are very generous with the item drops.
A creep group of three units should not drop two items when a creep group of five drops only one.
Please look on the item drops again and find some balance.

The middle area is very empty. You could add a red creep group to
the bottom island, it feels as if it is designed to hold a creep group.
You could also try to add more doodads to the whole map.
The tile variation hides it, but many map areas are very empty.

Consider what was said in the comments and think about removing the border
taking away a great oppportunity to strike with air ambushes.

Please also make heroes from the latest path available, as mentioned in the comments.

Hm, why did you create a border at the center mountain ?
It takes away a great opportunity for air ambushes.
 
Just tested, here's my review

- The terrain looks very nice and creative
- Creeps are also well placed

So, far I have 2 major complaints about this map.

- The center has a border on it, so no chance for using air units/air ambushes
- For some weird reason I can't see the Tinker, Alchemist, Firelord in the Tavern, perhaps it's a problem with my client since I'm using patch 1.26 still
