    Good welcomes, it is the pleasures to be greetings you.

    I've been watching 'One Punch Man', an anime in which the main character only needs to punch the bad guys once in order to instantly kill them, and in the show he reveals his secret to power

    100 sit-ups
    100 push-ups
    100 reaches(I added this one)
    100 squats
    EVERY DAY for 60 days

    This ultimately leads to his super power of....


    One PUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

    I just figure if it is that easy to get power... why hasn't anyone done it yet?

    Anyway this challenge is up for everyone to try and if you succeed I'm sure we will see you on the anime scene very soon

    I spaced it out every 4 days, as every day seemed to be causing me muscle tearing... which hurt and for a while I thought it might be permanent damage.

    2 days ago I managed to do 200 of every one of those, plus 100 kicks, so yeah the one punch man exercise is definitely work.

    I'm slowly becoming more powerful than Goku
