I like the third one most :D

Handy Tip: Never start making a terrain for showcase purposes in the corners of the map or near the edges. Work from the middle and expand the terrain more and more. Taking screenshots of corners of the terrain is bad. Instead, maybe try taking screenshots FROM the corners to block out the corners/ends of the map.

Handy Tip Pt.2: Before you take a screenshot, it will look much nicer if you do the following:
If the fog is not showing, press F.
Never take screenshots with an in-game camera!
Press B if you see an annoying blue line on the World Editor's terrain by the edges of the map. This will make it disapear.
Press K to show the sky. If you want the fog to apply to the sky best, sometimes setting the sky to "Blizzard" or "Fogged" is best.
To expand or decrease the camera's Field of View, hold down Control and Scroll Up or Down.

I also like the third one...

The second screen is uh a inhouse shot, most inhouse shots are boring because people never use something different.

The first one is not bad but there is so much green.

About the third one, change the sky, and i realy dont like these small rocks that appear when you place a rock doodad. You should lower them so you dont see these small rocks.

Those dont look bad, but i think the hills are to steep.
Also the Texture combination looks somekind boring... Still not bad.

Ya, more and wider tile variation is in order me thinks, just add some grassy dirt and such to make things a little smoother. Also try a more natural approach to the actual path, rough dirt or something may look nicer than cobble path, and there is a nasty straight line between grass and rock in teh bottom left of pic 2! Also the village lamp posts may fit in a little better with the setting? Your actual structure is quite nice though, and I like the little alcove with the bench, that is rather quaint :D lol

Underwater style isnt hard... you need a heavy distance fog in blue.
Then you can place a waterplane doodad from the ultimate terraining map above the map and voila its done.
Now the only thing you need is some creativity.
