Looks cool.
I would like an animated texture at the part of this Water textured area.

It looks cool, but when the wheels go around the blades get crushed in the ground if there are rocks in the ground.

thx for all these comments jeah I was kinda busy while making it, soo I didn't added animated texture and so on, but I'm diffently going to make it. I'll also try to rotate the gatling gun. and for the front roller:

Elves dont use such spikes, orc does it looks cool but even if the spikes can cleave the rocks, a tank would have a hard time moving when this doesnt roll well!

I think your model would be a hell of a lot better if it had different skins. The ones you chose just dont seem to match. Keep in mind that a lot of the Night Elf structures would probably be made of wood, seeing how they live in the forest.
Could you actually picture a Night Elf riding in that? lol
I like the spikes and the idea, just suggesting a reskin.

Finally I managed to give the water-part an animated texture
