Battleship Attack Items

:?: Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial for making items that give the user an extra attack such as the cannon items in Battleships and Battletanks? I tried opening the maps and finding out but battleships is locked and battletanks is entirely blank of everything but the landscape when I open it in World Editor. There were no tutorials in the tutorials sections so I came here and decided I'd ask. :?:
