remove the "select hero" button from shops?

i know its possible cos it has been done in dota and in the battletanks map

go in object editor and delete ability?

or just delete it with triggers?

i want the ability to be active, without occupying a slot in the shop interface.

i do not want to remove the ability and its effects. a shop without "select hero" does not work as shopt.

therefore the "remove ability" action in gui is not a solution.

try putting the ability in spellbook and disable spellbook for player

The ability "select hero" has a line saying "data - show select unit button - true" or something like that. Now guess what happens when you put it to "false".

Replace that ability with "Select Unit" ability from mercenary shops. The function will remain the same and the button will be gone.
