NewGen WE issues - any solutions?

I've been using NewGen WE for around 7 months, and there are numerous problems with it that stagger the mind.
Surely time-consuming solutions to them exist, so I've wondered if there's any way to do them faster.

1. No highlighting of custom code funcs/globals - I would love to give such instances their own color(s).
2. Can't easily view custom func contents (by holding down Ctrl) - you can do it for natives/BJ's
3. Can't easily rename variables from globals-endglobals blocks - you have to either go through many triggers to rename it, or Find&Replace in war3map.j file from mpq archive
4. Slow compiler - OMG i just removed that space or changed something in Object Editor, why does it have to compile the map fully from scratch?
5. No universal Find & Replace tool for the whole map ---> need to use JassCraft utility to find instances over the entire map.

To avoid making a new thread, I have the following problem:

I don't have "Reinventing the craft" in top menu at all!

Still it looks like it's enabled because I get a problem "wehack.lua:437: failed to index global 'rtc_enabled' (a nil value)".

Why isn't the menu there and how to fix it? Is there a way to disable it manually?
