Title, when I click test map, cmd comes up , exits and map will not run. I have to do it manually through frozen throne custom games or vanilla editor

Make sure that JNGP can find Warcraft 3 Exe

Does this happen with every map?
Did you try right clicking new-gen and running as admin?
Go to JNGP 2.0.X -> Diagnose, copy to clipboard, and paste that here.
