:D today i just got my new pc speakers :D Logitech Z-2300, 200 Watt, 2.1 and THX-cerficated (maybe not as extreme as the Z-5500, but they're a class for themself) :P they weighted 16 kg  so i had to wait for my dad to pick them up at the post office, damn i got impacient :P

So... Now the reason for the topic. Do anyone know some good films with THX certificated sound? (i prefér a action/war movie) and for God sake not another teen movie :P

[EDIT] DAMN!! some bu**s**t!!! sry for posting in wrong part of forum. But whatever that what you have moderators for  you know what to do *hint* :P

it should. I have Altec Lansing 5.1 speakers and damn does WC3 sound great with em. I'd try a game like...er...well I know some of the 007 games support THX, but they aren't exactly the greatest games, they're a little on the easy side and I don't even know if they are available on PC. see if the 007 movies support THX however, and you'll be kicking ass. James Bond in THX................ooooooooooooooooh the wonder lol.

i have a cables splitting the single socket headphone jack from my computer into a two socket red and white phone jack in my mixer. then i have connections from my mixer to my power amp, then my amp to two speakers. on my mixing desk i have my computer, my ipod, two dj decks a cd deck and a tape deck.

lol only when i have everything turned on, usually i just have my pc, mixer and amp on. i only have my ipod on occationally because i can use my computer instead and i take my ipod out with me. only like when im fixing the pc or im not actually using it. also i only turn my decks on when i use them so rarely would i have everything turned on. still having a pc, mixer and amp does use a fair bit of electrisity, but its worth it for the increadable sound. i think i made a thread about my setup about a year ago lol, so ive had it for a long time.

your topic has been moved :)

they sound good, 16 kg each? or how many speakers? is it like a surround sound setup?

no 16 kg for the whole set 13 kg subwoofer and two 1.5 satelites
there is not really the real hardware surround (luckely for me there exist software surround fx. in WMP which works quite good)
