huh, i overlooked the bill of rights... carry on then, nothing much to do, but most likely americans won't screw over their famous freedom of speech now for just some people taking advice from a computer, there would probably be more wasted lives in that uproar than the fools who kill themselves (yes, i call them fools, i don't pity them for being cowards, they should be punished)

Since this is an American idea, it'll only apply to American affairs. Now imagine this: If they approve this, it'll only affect American sites, blogs, forums, you name it. Either it'll push back trolling and spam emails with 90% or it gives people international immunity*.
* One of the two:
1- American: Since I have this new American internet law, I am immune and can sent the FBI to some dipshit who lives in the UK.
2- Non-American: Since they have this new American internet law, I am immune and can troll the shit out of them, since they got no law enforcing rights overseas/across the border.
Let's watch some stand-up comedy now.

The internet is still new. People don't know how to react to it or deal with it yet. It's like how you have to tell small children, "It was only a dream," or, "Movies aren't real." Parents don't yet tell their children, "Don't listen to people online. They can't really hurt you." Or whatever else. People on the internet are actually real, so you can't exactly tell them they aren't real. Or can you...?

People on films are, for the most part, just as real as people on the internet. I don't think we should go around saying people on the internet are not real though, that could lead to some traumatic events.

Oh, and whoever mentioned something about offering to strip, I was talking about making her strip, which is sort of a different thing. Both of which is dumb, and I do not support.
