Need icon attributes

I need icon of attributes (agility,strenght and inteligention).I need it to my new attribute system and i dont know where i can get they. :?

Could you atleast describe or make a sketch on how you want them to look?

select strenght/agility/inteligence hero->make screenshot->open screenshot in Image editor->cut icon off from screenshot->save as tga->import

simple, isnt it?
