Newgen is already a no because my computer or well more precisely my programs won't allow it. They don't like it.

Is there any alternative known to this community?

If no then could someone consider making one maybe?

Lua is the best bet, sadly it is bugged with latest patch + it's in JNGP.
You can try Wurst, I heard they have some sort of package for importing.

I was about to recommend http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/war3package-244732/?prev=org=1 but it uses JNGP
what's wrong with JNGP in your PC? Treated as virus?
