Open the ObjectEditor, Tab "Units". Select the correct unit in the list of the left side and then search the list on the right side for:
- Attack 1 - Base damage
- Attack 1 - Number of dice
- Attack 1 - Sides per dice

Change those values, for example set Base damage to 99, number of dice to 1, sides per dice to 20.
