Need help :D

So I made this model and I want to add a better glow to it than what it has, can any one help, and also I did alpha chanels to the blp, but the model isn't transparent.

To make it transparent open the model in Magos, go to Material Manager, open the Material of the transparent texture, set Filter Mode to "Transparent"
