need a thing to nerf dmg on specyfic target from custom spell

hi i found very old ability on the hive its volley. it works perfectly no errors except 1 thing there are some units in my map that shouldnt be killed easily. and this ability allows it so for example if unit who took dmg from it is gandalf can the ability's dmg be lowered somehow?

the ability basicaly creates dummies and then they cast carion swarm (with small aoe and custom model)

there are triggers and carion swarm

its the ability dummy uses, based onc arion swarm there is max damage vallue i am not sure how it works but i want only a few units to have dmg reducion from this spell
