Need a model merged with its portrait

If you try and squish a model with a separate portrait, the path becomes lost and the portrait won't work anymore. I need this model combined with its portrait.

Im not to sure how the portrate system works, but to merge it means just add a camera and a background to the model... which you wouldnt need the portrait for.

If that would be simpler, I'm not a modeler but if thats all that needs to be done it seems like 5 mins of work.

I just added a camera, because merging and animation transfer would have screwed the model completely.
