My model is eating Particle Emitters! (not Particle Emitter 2)

Open the attached model with magos then create a particle emitter
then save it
reopen
see the emitter you just created

1000% it will disappear

why?
Also when I convert it to .mdx via mdlx converter it says " Line 9684: Unknown Chunk"

Tried ingame?
Magos won't show stuff like animated textures (scaling and rotating)...
Create the particle emitter in notepad. (if you don't have 3Dsmax)

I mean, when I create a particle emitter and save, reopen, and see node manager, the particle emitter disappeared, but I'll try with notepad
