That's just the coloring, unless it's intentional, then it is "The Great and Powerful" Trixie!

It matches Trixy's perfectly and she doesn't use a "general" hair design

I'm useless with modeling, only program I can even kinda work with is sculptris, and that holds no relevance to wc3 models.
