Hi there ! If you remember me I was here quite often in the past but then many things has happened and I was really busy , but now I would like to start posting again. Especially because the SC2 is almost here.

Currently I am studying 3d animation at Hertfordshire Uni in Hatfield UK .

Wow thanks for your comments! But I still have tons and tons to learn and I would like to say that I started my modeling career from this website. I remember the first free modding tools I have used to edit a knight model and replace its head with footmans head. I assume many of you have done that. I tried to learn max several times but it was damn hard to start going. And then somehow I found very useful button in max "help" and here I found some great and really basic tutorials. The first one was on how to make a starcraft, I mean the lowpoly ship not the game.

anyway I have been away for long time again. It all because of crazy projects we have to do all the time, which is of course nice but quite demanding. No free time at all. I am already 1 year in UK and I have not visited London yet. Shame on me!

anyway here is another 3d but this time it is not as good as before. Personally I dont like this and I know I can do better but again spent about 10 days on it so no wonder it looks shit. Actually we had more than one month to do this but it was during hollydays that is why I left it until last minute.

The assignment:
The purpose of the project is to build a modernised adaptation of your chosen architectural project in 3D using the techniques learned. By modernisation we mean to remake or adapt the building using modern materials and construction techniques, also redeveloping its purpose (offices, hotels, posh gyms etc...)

* The Globe Theatre
* St Albans Cathedral
* British Museum
* Tower Bridge



Part 1. - Design and modernisation of the building

Produce a research development blog (using https://www.blogger.com) or equivalent. With design drawings, plans, reference photography, colour sketches, notes, measured drawings and schematics plans. Include reflective notes and comments on images gathered or drawings reflecting an analytical approach (annotation). An image without annotation is useless.

The model must be made accurately to real world scales.

Part 2. Architectural Modelling

Working independently, produce a textured 3D model in max/maya which is a imaginative reconstruction of your chosen architectural project. Taking into account the buildings major form and functions. Make good use of edge loops in accordance with the principles of modelling for animation. The model should be lit and rendered aesthetically to make the model look as real as possible.



You should produce for the hand in via StudyNet at least:

* One Max/maya file and associated Textures with the completed building
* One Low poly Wireframe render in Jpeg format (at least 1920px x 1080px)
* One Smoothed Un-Textured render in Jpeg format (at least 1920px x 1080px)
* One High Quality Textured finished render in Jpeg format (at least 1920px x 1080px)
* One Quicktime presentation movie (min 15seconds, max 30seconds)

(H.264 / mpeg4 compressed 1024px x 576px)

I have still two more projects to do for this Thursday. Dunno how I can do them and especially how I can do them well.

EXT. THE ROAD NEAR FOREST - DAY

The armoured troop-carrier is moving along the field on a small soil road to forest, which is just in a mile.

INT. INSIDE THE TROOP-CARRIER - DAY

Nine soldiers prepare for a battle by loading weapons with ammo and chatting with each other. The leader talks by radio phone.

The LEADER - SAM
We are getting closer. Be ready to go

EXT. IN THE FOREST - DAY

The armoured troop-carrier enters a forest glade. Suddenly being ambushed by enemy troops. The rocket hits the vehicle. Vehicle stopped and damaged.

INT. INSIDE THE TROOP-CARRIER - DAY

Smoke everywhere. Crew is dead. Soldiers are STUNNED and coughing.

SAM
(slowly/weakly)
We have to get out of here. Find a cover and wait for my orders.

SOLDIERS (allies)
(weakly)
Yes Sir!

EXT. FOREST GLADE - DAY

Soldiers of the troop carrier run away to cover in trees and bushes. Enemy fires by moving targets. Bullet noise everywhere. One of the running soldiers is being wounded. Wounded soldier falls onto the ground.

WOUNDED SOLDIER - MAX
(shouting)
I am wounded! Medic! Need Medic!

SAM
(shouting)
Medic, take care of MAX!

MEDIC - PETER
On my way!

Peter runs to help wounded Max. Enemy is firing everywhere. Alex(me) and John hiding behind trees. Sam and other two soldiers hiding in bushes 10 meters before Alex.

MAX
(says slowly to PETER)
My arm is wounded, and I think I broke my leg while running.



PETER
(worried)
Let me see...



Suddenly tank appears in the middle of the forest glade.



SAM
(loudly)
Alex, take the tank down with your bazooka ASAP!!!
Someone, cover him!



Alex go away from cover closer to tank with his bazooka ready to fire. One of the allied soldiers starts firing in enemy direction to cover Alex. Tank turns around



SAM
(in panic)
Come on!!! DO IT NOW!



ALEX fires a rocket in tank direction but the target is not hit. Tank fires near Alex and he is wounded seriously and being unconscious. Both sides continue to fire each other. Tank moves back and reloads



SAM
(loudly)
Alex is wounded! Someone take him to cover! NAIL(radio man), come here! We have to call for reinforcement.

NAIL runs in SAM's direction with a radio. Enemy soldier hits NAIL on his half way to SAM. NAIL is killed.



SAM and JOHN
(in agony)
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!



SAM
(loudly)
I will try to reach the radio, STEVE, COVER ME!



SAM runs to dead NAIL to take the radio. Enemy fires in his direction. STEVE(sniper), take aim and kills enemy soldier in head.



SAM reaches the radio and contacts with base.



SAM
(to radio)
BASE, This is group BLUE1. We were ambushed by enemy in sector C. We need reinforcement ASAP! BLUE1.



BASE
(to SAM)
BLUE1, this is BASE. We thought you are dead already. We have received message from our spy, that your area is full with enemy troops. Can you tell us your coordinates again? BASE.



SAM
(to radio)
BASE, this is BLUE1. We are in sector C. BASE.

BASE
(to SAM)
BLUE1, this is BASE. Destroyer is flying to sector C. Stay in cover. BASE



Enemy troops fire with greater power. Enemy tank ready to fire again.

PILOT
(in Flying Destroyer)
Rocket is launched.

Suddenly massive explosion near allied units. Enemy troops are destroyed. Tank is ripped by pieces. Smoke everywhere for few seconds and disappears.
