Setup ? I already made working SC2 model... I think other people did also, not sure.
loli can model in blender but idk how do exports and what animations i need and all that stuff.

No there will not be cause there is no longer a need.
As a modeler you can advertise the mod containing your model. Due to the way mods work, it is stupid attaching the mod to this site as the user will have to download it from battlenet anyway to use.
