Hm. If you are able to use parts of other models' animations, you could make that weird flowy-arm thing work like the regular Faceless arm.

I should probably wait to see the rest of it before making guesses, though.

What can I say, pro work. This guy is not even released, but it has a special place in my nightmares already.

The texture wrap especially, it is so good it seems those skins were designed for him. (I assume these are in-game ones, correct me if I'm wrong)

Somebody said they're blurry. Ha! I dare him/her say that after comparing this WIP with one of my models. This is perfection for me in terms of UV.

Great what you did with the shoulderpad remapping. However, I preferred the old emerald eye over the cartoonish ones you gave the shoulder tentacle.

Ah, cool, like the Sea Giant! I don't know what else you have planned, but you should consider a gnarly mutant arm, or a bunch of silly shell armor (head to tail). Ooh, or an anemone clinging to his back, grabbing treasure and stuff as he walks by!
