Model + Texture: Seperated Storm Crow

Hi, I would like to use the storm crow model for one of my summons, but I need it separated from Druid of the Talon model.

Model: Storm Crow (druid of the talon)
Texture: Standard Storm Crow texture

Could someone create this for me or give a link if this has been done before?
