Imagination is simple warpaint on face(see battlestations.blp button at editor), wields an short spear and during attack anim holding that with two hands stabs at things with it. May or may not have a shield, its armor parts can be simply cnp base upon human militia.
Currently using female Grunt model as orc militia with the background being that peons are such weak in case of danger they run back to home and plea to their wives to fight in their stead "me not that kind of orc" ^^. However this doesnt explain why they are suddenly there when the timer expires so kinda require an orc militia model.

first one is just a naked, armorless grunt with a spear, (atleast according to displayed screenshot)
second one i am already using as the faction's ranged unit.
I know you didnt mean ill and just wanted to help, but know i search for models before i made the request

You need to have permission of the author when you request a model edit.

Imagination is simple warpaint on face(see battlestations.blp button at editor)

Warpaint would require a custom skin.
