Model bone to istant unit facing

Hello, i got this idea to make unit face a point istantly. I read somewhere here that this function

JASS:
native  SetUnitLookAt  takes unit whichUnit, string whichBone, unit lookAtTarget, real offsetX, real offsetY, real offsetZ returns nothing


can make a unit turn istantly, whatever the movespeed and the facing time is.

My idea was to create a bone that is parented with all parts of the model, so when you use that function you use the new bone and the unit changes facing.

Is this possible to do?
