[General] Mixing WoW and Skyrim

I'm working a multiplayer map that has the setting, races, mobs of WoW and the game-play, design from Skyrim.
Is it possible to do?

I mean all races/classes should use Flame, Sparks, Frostbite spells, healing, one-handed and 2-handed weapons with shields etc.
Leveling should be achieved with increasing the characters' skills whether it's combat, spells or crafting.
Leveling shouldn't give automatic stats but players should choose between Magicka, Health, or Stamina.

I'm creating a huge project about an Elder Scrolls RTS game based on a fan-made story I created of Elder Scrolls. And yes I can tell you is a huge work, I'm starting creating the Factions, Heros, Tech trees, skills, etc. , the maps and also I'm adding custom models, sounds, etc. All to be an Elder Scrolls mod using Warcraft 3 engine

I don't know how could I do the Skyrim controls. The combat I want to make is about positioning and timing. Example: if the player hits a creature/player that's in front of him with a spear in close range it does 1 damage. If the player hits it at a right time, with the traget being in front of the spear it does the actual full damage. If it's a short-sword you have to be closer or you won't hit the target at all. Same goes for longbows like the spears. If you hit the target with a long battlehammer from the front it crushes weak metal armour. If you hit it on the head (because it's smaller or stands lower) it does fatal damage.
Something complex and realistic.

I wouldn't put creatures in the map that has glooey type body or made of air/water/ether/poison/acid. The only realistic way to damage something like that is with fire, energy or some very specific method (cast wind of on the air elemental??). It would require complex physics to code. It would be too frustrating for anybody (I think).
