[Trigger] Missile System

Hello everyone!
I was just wondering if there is any missile-system on Hive, which can manipulate with the missiles from basic attacks?
Etc. slow down the projectiles in a specifik area.

It is, problem is everything has to be hardcoded (every attack has to use such system and you have to predefine the damage values from trigger).
