You could just find someone to run it off their computer if you keep the playercount down. My teamspeak friends have a server and one of the guys runs it off his machine and it works fine (although we only ever have about 10 or less people online at once).

You could use a few mods for the game too, like bedrock doors and controllerblock

mmmm, ok, I just meant mods that add content, like Bedrock doors for spawnrooms, similar to TF2

How are you supposed to make the flags items if you arent a minecraft modder?

I started playing a while ago and made a cool fortress with a "High Speed Train" that goes down this uber tall tower and gets you moving like 25 squares a second and my fortress has a switch at the bottom of it that when hit explodes my fortress (rigged to tons of Tnt) and would explode it to probably around 50-100 squares deep..... Hope i don't hit it!

Put a 1 wood in those brackets, you can transform it then to wooden planks, which are used to create wooden sticks and other stuff, just google for a minecraft wikipedia, there you can find everything you need.

You can use many things in those brackets, and if you want to go 1 step further with combinations, fill all 4 brackets in your inventory with wooden planks, then you get a workbench with 9 spaces to combine stuff in.

Cant wait for more stuff In minecraft. I hope Notch decides to upgrade the Nether. Its just Netherackk, Soul Sand, Gravel, Lava, and Lightstone.

Exploring caves and collecting resources. On one of my servers I mined about (note -- "chest" = large ie double chest) 2 stacks diamond, 4 stacks gold, half a chest of iron, one chest of coal, one chest of redstone, half a chest of obsidian, and around 4 chests of cobblestone in just a few days. On all of them I've found basically infinitely large mines, and since people seem to like to build far apart we've built a giant skybridge/minecart system so that you can travel around the world safely at night.

'sad/really entertaining thing about squids is that they can spawn in any place aslong as there's water.
This includes puddles, and the nether.

I build a castle , it had its own garden , i wanted to harvest trees there but it was not so big so it was a decoration just and for the harvesting i build another bigger garden back.

The stone for my whole "city" is from a realy realy long tunnel... you cant even see the end and its cca. 2minutes walking till the end.


And i started to build a labyrinth 20 blocks high with riddles , mazes... etc.


Sadly I was saving and my computer shutted up (electricity problem) and I lost the map... when i started the game the map was not avaible to choose to play but it was still in the folder... So im starting over...

Actually, the map is still there. You start a new game in the same world slot, 1, 2, 3, etc, you will get a new spawn in the same world, just some where you haven't explored yet, that technically doesn't exist. What you want to do is start a new game in the same map, find where your original spawn was, and get a map editor to change your new spawn to the old one, or choose a better spawn point.
