Plot


This land... it is corrupted. For many years now, the great sorceress Myria has controlled it. I fear for my kind... for her masters are the great demons.

She first appeared as our savior. She has told us that the Brood was evil... that we must not follow their guidance. And so we did...

But all was not lost, for the Yorae Dragon has come to our aid.

Planned Technical Details
- Size is small.
- Not sure if I'd want it to be multiplayer...
- 2 Teams: The Brood and Knights of Myria
Winning Conditions

The Brood
Knights of Myria

Break through the forces of Myria
Stop the draconian beachhead


Summary:

Play as the Yorae Dragon and secure a beachhead for the Brood or be among the knights of Myria stop the advance of the Brood. Still a mini-game, but elevated to multiple maps.

Looking for:

  • Terrainer, I need a terrain, but I still have no concept of what the small town would look like.... hmmm...
  • Artiste's with an e! (modeller and texturers) For future customization of course.
  • Guy who can make BGMs, currently, I want to use Ys Intro BGM, but that would be infringement lol.

The player will take control of a dragon, your task is to eat people from a nearby village. Troops come in to kill you if you've eaten too much, survive, profit, well actually I don't know what kind of victory condition to set so I can't start making triggers yet haha xD.

This is already taking my attention. This could be a really fun and addictive map once completed. :3

Suggestions:
Maybe make this a multi-player map? A player could be a dragon and the others would be the villagers. Every time dragons are hit/dies, the villagers gain gold to upgrade and build more villagers to kill dragons. :D

If you insist on the single player thing, maybe you could make the game an unlimited type where it gets harder as time passes by or as you gain more points? Reaching XXXX points / seconds could unlock a type of dragon in the game which the player could use in another game (you can modify save / load so that the password would unlock the dragons in the next map) to make the map a little bit replayable.

I'll take your suggestions into consideration, guys. For now, I'll be ripping models from WoW. (joking)
