Mdlvis mixes or ruins model's shadow/shades ???

Hello, I just noticed really strange thing. Mdlvis is really nice tool to work with, but when you save model it becomes strange. Look example:

I just opened simple custom model from Hive in Mdlvis and saved, even didn't edit. This is how model looks like in Nodel Editor and in Game:

Maybe someone know how to avoid this? This is nice tool for model editing and animating, but this problem ruins result.
