Mdlvis f*** controller

as the title said.. i am trying to reanimate warcraft model by using mdlvis.. but then.. there's a annoying controller make the animation look retarded.. so, i deleted the controller.. but then, all the animations messed up.. some of the bones are not moving in whole animations.. i have model backup.. i want to re edit the animation, how do i do reanimate without those controller haunting me? I've animate unanimated model without any problem(because hey don't have one).. but i don't want remove all the animations just for improvise some of the model's animation.. help me guys
