Max HP improving ability

Hello again,
I would like to ask if anyone knows a good ability to base a pasive max HP bonus for a unit on. The problem is, that when you use the item max HP bonus it lacks an icon (even when you add one to it. :sad:). I tryed the Elunes Grace ability that reduces piercing damage, but it absolutely failed. I would like to avoid scripting the ability, because it will be mostly used by units spawned by general scripts that are undetectable (no event trigered). Is there any simple +X to HP ability?:confused:

If I can recall correctly, that should be an upgrade.

You could just use an ability that provides an icon but doesn't do anything and then use item max hp bonus to provide the actual life bonus.

I know. Make the upgrade affects the desired units and then set it's initial value (or make a dummy research it) and there you got your ability.
From reading the Xargo post i'm assuming he wants a passive Unit ability, so, this should be okay.

You can not multi level life bonus.
You could use tomes though.

Maybe doing what i said you can make Animal War Training a multi-level upgrade.
You can even use the event Hero - learns a skill with a dummy ability and a dummy researcher and turn it a "Hero ablity"

if you want your hp icon to have multiple levels, do something like this. *FOR HERO*

Regenerative Hides(Visible) = your passive dummy icon (i.e bash, critical strike etc)

Regenerative Hides (with levels) = your actual ability
