Im just asking this:
Can you upload any map that you didnt work or help on. You just downloaded it. Can you?

hmm I guess you need the creator's permission to edit, don't know if you need the same to just upload it untouched.
and you need to make sure that it say "Created by X" as in him

i think you can upload it if you have permission from the author (for example they want to uplaod it here but dont have an account or cant make one or whatever)with proof they let you but im not sure
