If I save a map in version 1.24e, if I update my war3 to 1.25b or newer,the map will continue to run normally?

It should, if not; all the maps on BNet wouldn't work I think...

it should work unless the patch removed/changed some internal code things like what happened from the switch to 1.24 which removed the return bug and the GUI action for Save Game Cache... but as far as the Changelog of 1.25 is concerned, I see nothing which could cause incompatibility with 1.24e maps...
