Map downloading problem

When I tried to download a map from the maps section, my computer said that it was completed... but the truth is that the download was not even halfway there :shock: ... so I have to download it over and over... It's not a big problem.. but I can't leave my PC or else I'll lose some phone bill(That's right I'm still using the dial up connection) Any suggestions? :?

If it downloads only halfway, delete the file off your computer and try again. Being you are on dial-up, some providers have a download file size limit. Unfortunatly you need to have patience with dial-up, unless you plan on only downloading small file-sized maps.

p.s. your phone bill should not reflect how much traffic goes throuh your lines, since internet doesnt register as long-distance if your provider is not too far away. If it does, you got one screwed up provider.
